How do I know if my order has been received?
When your order has been placed successfully, an Order Confirmation will be generated and a copy will be emailed immediately.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to have your order shipped within 24-48 hours. A shipping confirmation will be generated and emailed once tracking is available.
What if I need an item delivered for a certain date?
Please contact our Customer Support Team with any special instructions as soon as your order has been placed.
What if I’d like to make a change or cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Support Team between 7:30am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday CST.
What should I do if an item is received damaged?
Please report any damages or discrepancies to Customer Support Team within 5 working days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
If you require assistance initiating a return, contact our Customer Support Team.
We ask that items be returned in its original packaging with the tags still affixed within 5 business days of receiving your order. Simply email stores@shippam.com or call 1-800-733-7788 in advance of shipping your merchandise back, you will be issued a return authorization number to accompany your return. Please ensure this is clearly marked on the outside of the return. All returns and exchanges should be sent to:
